Stat. §§ 5-13-101 to 5-13-105.] The repeal did not affect residential mortgage interest rates; (2) Georgia; (3) Hawaii;(4) Idaho; (5) Iowa; (6) Kansas; (7) Maine; (8) Massachussets; (9) Minnesota; (10) Nebraska; (11) Nevada; (12) North Carolina; (13) South Carolina; (14) South Dakota (Overroad); (15) Puerto Rico.
